Transitional Entryway

Ward House

DESIGN CHALLENGES ADDRESSED:

The entry was lacking direction. They did not know how much or what type of furniture to add to their entry to create a clean lined yet welcoming entry for her family and guest.

DESIGN SOLUTIONS PROVIDED:

We anchored the entry on the main wall with a storage console to create balance and create a space to house secondary lighting, keys, and other accessories. We centered an oversized gold mirror over the console and centralized the entire entry with a rug. A cow hide bench and art was added, the bench serves as a resting place to take off or put on shoes. Semi-flush lighting and a pop of color with a vase and greenery were the finishing touches. The client was very pleased with how simple and stylish her entry was and it exceeded all of her needs.
