This 7 Million dollar modern oasis sits in Brookhaven, Ga. For this project we teamed up with a developer who wanted this home to truly shine on the market. with our New Construction consulting service we were able to add our expertise in the area of Floor Optimization and in Material Selections.
Floor Optimization: this is when our team takes a deep dive into the floor plan to see how this home could be pushed to its on most functional potential. Things that we helped integrate into the layout were the morning bar in the primary and the laundry room ing the primary closet which were non existent. We created a stand out moment by creating a two star office with an upper loft area, we created a double island layout of the kitchen and reoriented the flow of the dining room in relation to the Wellness Wing. There were among many changes that our team implemented to make this a beautifully flowing home.
Material Selections: The developer had a good ida of where he wanted to go aesthetically. This light fresh palette combines warm wood tones and high performance synthetic stones. We created cohesion through out the home while ensuring each space could also stand in their own identity.
