Instead, we source high-quality, exclusive products from our trusted “To The Trade” vendors, ensuring your space is both unique and timeless. Our Process

Discovery Call: This is where we get a better sense of our new potential client. We learn about the scope of work, overall needs/wants, timeline & budget. At the end of this call, we will be able to establish if we are a good fit. If we are, the next step is the home visit.

Home Visit: On this visit, we do a walk-through of the whole home or the spaces that we agreed upon as a priority. Here we can see what you already have and what we can reuse or repurpose. Being in your home gives us a sense of your style or furthermore what you want to shy away from. If this a new property with no furnishings not a problem, you will share with us some of your favorite spaces so that we can get an idea of your dream decor style. Your home visit also allows us to get a sense of the architecture which heavily influences the overall design direction.

Design Presentation: Now this one is a fun one! Our team brings the presentation to you in the comfort of your own home. You get to see textiles like wallpaper, rug and fabric samples. We will also showcase all of the other casegood items in a presentation like coffee tables, lighting, and accent chairs. We never just present you with one design rather we come with 6-8 options in each category so that you are involved in a guided selection process. We like to say that “We are bringing the store to you”. After this appointment, you will have a clear vision of what your space will look like once complete.

Worker Bees: This is when you get to get back to your day-to-day while our team makes it all a reality. This is when we organize all orders by vendor, place every order, track all shipments, we then receive the product and inspect every item to ensure that theirs no damages. If damages or misships occur we take care of claims and reshipments. Once we are 95% in, you will get a call to schedule your “Big Reveal Day”!

Big Reveal Day: Depending on the scope of work this can take place over one day or multiple days. If this is taking place over multiple days that means that we may be installing wallpaper & lighting one day while the rest of the project will take place on another day. No need to move furniture or get things out of the way, we take care of everything. All we ask is that you enjoy a day away from home so that we can wave our magic wand and bring it all to life. Our team will unbox, assemble, install, and style everything! Once we are done you get to come home and have your very own “HGTV” big reveal moment!

Photography & Video: Chances are you decided to hire us based on seeing some photography or videos of our previous projects so we’re sure that you understand why this step is so important. Now it’s time for our photographers and videographers to come in and capture all of the amazing choices that we made together. This inspires others and shows them the power of design. These photos are used on our website, social media, and if we’re lucky your home could be on the pages of a magazine! We never share personal info like your name or address so you will always remain anonymous.
